Role & responsibilities

Design and develop new farm equipment and continuously improve existing agricultural machinery. Expertise in building product from scratch. Lead 3D modelling, prototyping, and testing of machine components and assemblies. Build and validate working prototypes, ensuring functional and performance requirements are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, quality, vendors) to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness. Prepare detailed technical drawings, documentation, and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Coordinate with vendors for product development, quality parameter finalization, and supplier approval. Vendor Developments, Sourcing of business partners & developers.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma,Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2+ years of experience in product design and development. Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
