Involved in New Product Development (NPD) activities including APQP, feasibility analysis, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Basic understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T concepts, and interpretation of customer specifications.
Working knowledge of machining processes (turning, milling, drilling); exposure to injection molding processes is an added advantage.
Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks for 2D/3D drawings and design modifications.
Strong skills in inspection methods, including dimensional inspection, use of measuring instruments, and preparation of inspection and measurement reports.
Hands-on experience in Layout Inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection.
Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis, inspection reporting, and documentation.
Supports quality and NPD documentation, ensuring compliance with customer and internal requirements.
Skill:
1. Effectively use the software's like Solid Works, Auto- CAD etc. for daily work
2. Good Communication Skill
