Design Engineer (SolidWorks & Solid Edge)

Location: MIDC Hingna, Nagpur

Key Responsibilities

? 3D modeling, drafting, and assembly design using SolidWorks & Solid Edge.

? Apply GD&T, tolerance analysis, and design calculations for precision.

? Prepare Bill of Materials (BOMs) and release to manufacturing.

? Collaborate with Production & QC for design validation and manufacturability.

? Support new product development (NPD), reverse engineering, and cost optimization.

? Ensure proper documentation and revision control as per ISO/PPAP standards.

What We're Looking For

? B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Design or Diploma in Mechanical

Engineering.

? 3-6 years of design experience in precision machined components/assemblies.

? Strong knowledge of GD&T, machining processes, and materials (SS, aluminium,

hardened steel).

? Hands-on experience with SolidWorks & Solid Edge (mandatory).

? Exposure to FEA/Simulation tools (preferred).

? Detail-oriented, problem-solver, and strong communicator.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Are you familiar with ISO standards, PPAP, and related documentation? Notice Period? Current CTC Expected CTC Total Experience?
