Designation: Sr. Engineer Design / Asst. Manager Design

Education: B. Tech / B.E.(Mechanical/Production)

Experience: 5+ years / 10 + years

*CAD Solid Edge, NX, PLM - Teamcenter, ERP Oracle NetSuite.

Knowledge of mechanical structural design & related manufacturing processes Hands on experience with creating new concept design using 3D CAD Solid Edge software. Ability to handle the complete project in 3D CAD modelling environments, hands on the large assembly Bill of material and Revision management of design/manufacturing drawings Knowledge of ECN/ECR process & drawing release in PLM (Teamcenter) Software. Ability to create design documentation & calculations. User level Knowledge & exposure of PLM and ERP Oracle NetSuite, SAP etc. is advantageous. Highly organized - Excellent follow through and follow up skills; results and delivery oriented Able to multi-task a variety of duties and work requests Key member of multidisciplinary teams providing leadership on projects from concept design to final
product design releases to production PLM system, commissioning and user handover.

Provides leadership, quality assurance oversight and technical guidance to the mechanical engineers and
technologists within the business unit.

Ability to understand design input & output requirements and timely response approach. Basic Knowledge of Engineering Material Selection & Load Calculation. Basic Knowledge of Bought out components like Vacuum Pump, Blower, Jetting High Pressure Pump etc. Basic Knowledge of Drive System Design & Calculation of Propeller Shaft, PTO & Pulley. Basic Knowledge of Vehicle Hydraulic System, Electrical & Pneumatic Systems. Having design background, in the below fields is desirable
a) Suction Excavator, Vacuum Trucks, Fire/foam trucks

b) Liquid waste management products

c) Truck superstructures like load bodies, tippers etc.

d) Heavy machinery & Construction Equipment's.

Pay: ?550,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
