SNT customer profile includes conventional industries like industrial gas manufacturers, steel and pharmaceuticals, petroleum and other similar industries. SNT is also in the leading position for executing turnkey customized cryogenic systems for knowledge and technology sector like Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), BARC, Institute for Plasma Research (IPR), Nuclear Power Plant like: IGCAR, Bhavani etc. SNT also executing LNG / LCNG Stations in the clean energy sector.
We are looking for a skilled
Design Engineer
to support the design and development of cryogenic equipment and systems. The role involves mechanical and thermal design, detailed engineering calculations, and close coordination with manufacturing and quality teams to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient cryogenic solutions for industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design Engineer familiar with mechanical and thermal design experience
Proficiency in thermodynamics and heat exchanger
Knowledge of cryogenics preferred
Competency in design of pressure vessels and piping
Familiar with of ASME/PED Design codes is an added advantage.
Competent in Auto Cad, and advanced excel to generate and operate detailed design calculations
Competent in coordination with Manufacturing and Quality for incorporating inputs in designs
Should be very good in persuasive communication in oral and written format in terms of reports and presentation.
Qualification & Experience: -
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
Master's degree in Cryogenic Engineering or Thermal Engineering - preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in design engineering roles, preferably in industrial or process equipment.
