Design Engineer

Location: Pune and onsite Poland

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer with extensive experience in designing

aluminium or steel products. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of AutoCAD,

Autodesk Inventor, and Excel, and demonstrate advanced proficiency in English. This role

involves working closely with a dynamic team to design innovative and functional products

while ensuring efficient manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

? Design and develop products made of aluminium and/or steel using AutoCAD and

Autodesk Inventor.

? Create and manage detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs).

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with production

capabilities and project goals.

? Integrate knowledge of production processes and machinery (bending machines,

guillotines, milling machines, etc.) into design practices.

? Ensure all designs meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives.

? Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives within the

engineering team.

? Maintain clear and effective communication in English, both written and verbal.

Required Qualifications:

? Minimum 2-7 years of experience in sheet metal design, specifically with aluminum

and/or steel products.

? Very good knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, and Excel.

? Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

? Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machine capabilities.

? Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

? A mindset oriented toward innovation and continuous improvement.

Preferred / Especially Valued:

? Experience in designing visual advertising elements.

? Familiarity with illuminated product design.

? Previous collaboration with European companies and an understanding of their

design and production standards.
