Key Responsibilities:

Design Engineer: -

1. Dynamic design engineer with hands on Solid Works(3D & 2D) and AutoCAD Drawing only, knowledge of Autodesk Inventor will be an added advantage. 2. For Design engineer role candidate should have minimum work experience of

1-2yrs

with educational qualification of Diploma in mechanical or relevant branch. 3. Candidates should have good knowledge of sheet metal design, defects and manufacturing processes. 4. Should have basic knowledge of metal fabrication or welding processes. 5. Must be aware of the GD & T process and application. 6. Design and develop mechanical systems and components for material handling equipment including Vibratory conveyors, belt conveyor, bulk Material handling systems and automated solutions. 7. Create detailed 3D CAD models, assembly drawings, fabrication drawings, and BOMs (Bill of Materials). 8. Perform basic engineering calculations and select appropriate materials and components to ensure structural integrity and performance. 9. Candidate from food industry background will be added advantage.

Senior Design Engineer:-

1. Senior Design engineer candidates should have 3-5yrs of experience with a diploma or degree in mechanical engineering or relevant branch. 2. Should possess all of the abilities mentioned in design Engineer role, and must have leadership ability to lead the team of 3-4 people. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project engineers, electrical engineers, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability. 4. Conduct tolerance analysis and design for manufacturing (DFM) reviews. 5. Evaluate and integrate feedback from shop floor, suppliers, and installation teams for design improvements. 6. Support prototype development, installation, commissioning, and testing of designed systems. 7. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design reports, and revision controls. 8. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and company design guidelines. 9. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical design during project execution.
