Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

_ To create detailed design drawings (i.e., GAD, CS, DIM, PI&D) and ensure required documentation as per customer requirement._
_ To ensure the design of the products is in line with customer requirements and are efficient for manufacturing._
_ To create casting and machining drawings of parts in 3D and 2D format._
_ To coordinate with production team to trouble shoot and modify drawings w.r.to problems faced in manufacturing as per designs made earlier and standardize on the new drawings (in co-ordination with Design Manager) ensuring efficient production in future. _
_ To create BOM's, Item codes in ERP on time._
_ Maintain existing engineering records and designs._
_ To fill in the MIS report regularly and submit to Manager_
_ To provide technical assistance to other departments as needed._
_ Perform various other duties as required by the Manager within the physical constraints of job._
_ To adhere to company processes, policies, and rules/ code of conduct_ To create individual development plan and ensure completion of the same for self.

Pre-Requisites:

Proficiency with CAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office.

Must have: knowledge of basic metallurgy and relevant standards, knowledge of ISO standards.

Good to have: Knowledge of GA drawings, P&ID, DFMEA, knowledge of pipe fittings and their standards.

Pay: ?11,199.14 - ?44,496.96 per month
