Job Summary

: We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer with expertise in Solid Edge software with experience in Assemble fixture design, Welding Fixture Design, Conveyors & Tooling Design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative fixture designs, creating 3D models and detailed drawings, and ensuring the manufacturability and functionality of designs for various applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Assembly fixtures, Welding Fixtures, and tooling using Solid Edge software.

Create 3D models, detailed 2D drawings, and BOMs for manufacturing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and production, to ensure design feasibility.

Perform DFM, DFA analysis to optimize fixture designs.

Conduct stress analysis and tolerance stack-up to ensure design reliability.

Modify and improve existing designs based on testing and customer feedback.

Maintain design documentation, revision control, and compliance with industry standards.

Work closely for material selection and manufacturing feasibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in Fixture design, SPM Design, Material Handling Equipments and CAD modelling.

Proficiency in Solid Edge software (3D modeling, drafting, assembly design).

Strong knowledge of fixture design principles, machining processes, and material selection.

Experience in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and engineering drawing standards.

Hands-on experience in sheet metal, welded structures, and fabrication techniques is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
