Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate must have a background in Mechanical Engineering with proven hands-on experience in SolidWorks or similar software.

You will be responsible for designing, modifying, and developing mechanical components and assemblies for various industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop mechanical parts, assemblies, and systems using SolidWorks

Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for manufacturing and prototyping

Perform tolerance analysis, material selection, and design validation

Collaborate with production, procurement, and R&D teams for design feasibility

Revise existing designs to improve performance, cost-effectiveness, or manufacturability

Maintain accurate documentation including BOMs, drawings, and design revisions

Participate in design reviews and contribute to product innovation and improvement

Ensure designs meet relevant industry standards and safety regulations

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech - Mechanical)

Proficiency in SolidWorks (Part modeling, Assembly, Drawing)

Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, GD&T, and manufacturing processes

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience in sheet metal, casting, or fabrication design

Knowledge of AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or other CAD tools

Basic understanding of FEA or CFD

Exposure to ERP systems and design documentation tools

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
