Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop automation solutions, including conceptualizing, designing, and prototyping automated systems.

Analyzes existing workflows and implements automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Prepare detailed designs, schematics, technical specifications, and user manuals for automation projects.

Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance validation to ensure reliability.

Coordinate with production, maintenance, and IT teams to implement automation projects effectively.

Ensure all automation systems meet industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and smart manufacturing.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other relevant design tools.

Knowledge of SPM (special purpose machine) & material selection.

Knowledge of GD&T and in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes.

In-depth knowledge of PLC-based automation systems, including scope of programming and integration.

Understanding of industrial sensors, actuators, and control systems.

Project management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Manage deadlines, and drive results.

Excellent communication

Interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience of 2 to 5 years in the design or engineering department of a manufacturing company, preferably in the automation industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
