Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design new products, components, and assemblies based on customer requirements and innovation goals. Prepare and manage

3D models

and

2D manufacturing drawings

with high accuracy and standard compliance. Interpret and analyze engineering drawings and technical specifications effectively. Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability. Maintain

drawing and design document control

as per company standards. Support prototype development, testing, and design validation activities. Ensure all design activities comply with

ISO / Quality Management System requirements

. Continuously work on

design innovation

and improvement of existing products. Support the team with engineering change management and technical documentation updates.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

CAD software

(3D & 2D). Good understanding of

GD&T

, tolerances, and material selection. Knowledge of

manufacturing processes

(CNC, VMC, turning, fabrication, etc.). Excellent

drawing reading and interpretation

skills. Familiarity with

ISO 9001 / Design control requirements

. Innovative thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in

Mechanical Engineering

2-5 years

of experience in product design and development (preferably in manufacturing / engineering industry) Proficiency in

3D Modelling

(SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, or similar software) Good understanding of

CNC / VMC machining processes

and manufacturability considerations

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
