The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving mechanical systems and components using industry-standard tools, ensuring performance, reliability, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop mechanical systems and components for SPM and leak testing equipment.
Create 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using
SolidWorks
,
AutoCAD
, and other CAD tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize designs and resolve engineering challenges.
Perform tolerance analysis, stress analysis, and other simulations where required.
Support prototyping, testing, and validation phases to ensure design feasibility and functionality.
Document design processes and maintain technical specifications and reports.
Assist in product improvements and cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE / B.Tech).
3 to 4 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in SPM, leak testing, or related fields.
Strong proficiency in
SolidWorks
and
AutoCAD
for design and drafting.
Hands-on experience with
Exolo
or similar simulation and analysis tools.
Good understanding and experience in
leak testing systems
and related instrumentation.
Knowledge of material properties, manufacturing processes, and mechanical assemblies.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
Experience in automation or instrumentation design.
Exposure to industrial testing protocols and calibration methods.
