Job Description

4 to 5 years' experience with the design, analysis, and testing of

electrical, hydraulic

and structural components for off highway vehicles, heavy machinery, Earth movers (preferred All terrain

Crane

) Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, manufacturing staff and clients to ensure effective communication and successful project execution. Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements. Design expertise in structural, hydraulic and electrical components including conceptual design, detailed design, testing, validation, and product implementation.

Hands on experience in CREO and PLM software

(Preferred windchill) Should be skilled at 2D drawing, 3D modeling, large assembly management and be aware of the techniques and methods of virtual validation. Should have worked in ECN, ECO for product improvement Knowledge of Powertrain and other mechanisms used for various applications by using powertrain would be an added advantage. Working with development engineers for refining functional characteristics of the electrical, hydraulic and structural components Should be skilled at selection of standard components (Electric motor, gearbox, coupling, hydraulic cylinders, power packs & valves) Should have good knowledge of manufacturing processes & Design requirement for off highway vehicles.
