Position:- Design Engineer.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Design Engineer with expertise in machine design, AutoCAD design, 3D modeling, design calculations, and simulation. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mechanical systems and components, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and manufacturability. This role requires proficiency in both design and analysis tools, and the ability to work cross-functionally with other engineering teams to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Design : Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and assemblies based on customer requirements, product specifications, and engineering standards.

AutoCAD Design: Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring precision and compliance with company standards.

3D Modeling: Develop 3D models and assemblies using CAD software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar), ensuring the accuracy of design concepts and their integration within larger systems.

Design Calculations: Perform design calculations for stress, thermal, vibration, and other mechanical properties to validate and optimize design concepts. Ensure designs meet functional, performance, and safety criteria.

Simulation: Conduct simulations (e.g., FEA, CFD) to evaluate the structural integrity and performance of designs under various operating conditions.

Prototyping & Testing: Collaborate with prototyping teams to develop physical prototypes and participate in product testing to validate designs.

Design Reviews: Lead or participate in design reviews to ensure the designs meet project requirements, cost constraints, and quality standards.

Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, drawings, and reports.

Continuous Improvement: Apply engineering best practices and innovative solutions to improve existing designs, reduce costs, and optimize manufacturing processes.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, quality assurance, and assembly teams to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into production.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in machine design or a related engineering role.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
