Job summary:

The design engineer is responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for products, ensuring they meet market demands, production capabilities and quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop press tools based on client specification, including blanking, piercing, forming and progressive dies.

Utilise CAD software (e.g., Catia V5, AutoCAD, NX software) to create detail 2D and 3D designs.

Collaborating with production team to ensure designs are feasible and can be produce efficiently.

Staying up to date on new materials and technologies.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in tool designing and manufacturing.

Skills required:

Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.

Excellent technical drawings and designing skills.

Proficiency in CAD software, Catia V5, 2D and 3D software, NX software or 3D design.

Strong communication, collaboration and problem solving skills, teamworks, project handling skills.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
