Job Title: Moulding Design Engineer (Specialty Moulding Processes)

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Moulding Design Engineer to join our team, specializing in designing moulds for various materials like silicone, polyurethane (PU), rubber, and plastic. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mould design, development, and production, with a strong understanding of moulding processes and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop moulds for specialty materials like silicone, PU, rubber, and plastic

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mould designs meet product requirements and manufacturing capabilities

- Conduct design reviews, feasibility studies, and cost analyses for mould development projects

- Troubleshoot moulding process issues and implement design improvements

- Develop and maintain documentation of mould designs, processes, and testing procedures

- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies in moulding processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in mould design, preferably in specialty moulding processes (silicone, PU, rubber, plastic)

- Strong understanding of moulding processes, materials, and tooling requirements

- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Catia)

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills

- Experience with mould flow analysis, simulation, and testing would be an added advantage

Nice to Have:

- Certification in mould design or related fields would be beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
