We are looking for a

dynamic and experienced professional

to lead our

Design Department

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in machine design and a passion for developing innovative, application-specific automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end mechanical design of Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) Manage and mentor the design team Collaborate with cross-functional departments - Production, Project, and Sales Ensure timely delivery of design outputs and BOMs Continuous innovation and value engineering in designs

Desired Candidate Profile:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field 5+ years of experience in SPM or Industrial Automation design Proficiency in SolidWorks / AutoCAD / similar CAD tools Leadership and team management skills
