Our client is Pune based, one-stop provider of high grade, standard and custom designed dosing systems to meet all specific Oil & Gas / Process applications for dosing, injections and meterings needs. We are manufacture of Chemical Dosing System and Chemical Injection Skids in accordance with international quality standards.
Position - Design Engineer - Mechanical
Experience - 3+ years experience.
Qualification - BE/B Tech (Mechanical Engineering) with 3-4 years experience OR Diploma with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
Salary Budget: 45K TO 55K
Location - Talawade, Pune
Responsibilities:

• Review of codes, standards, and customers or end users specifications.
• Attend kick off meetings with client and understand the requirements.
• Selection of most suitable components from approved manufacturers.
• Preparation of technical data sheets of major components being used in the equipment.
• Preparation of P&I D, GAD, Foundation drawing, submit to the customer and get approval.
• Creation of Bill of Material (BOM) for procurement.
• Provide Technical Support & co-ordinate with production team to resolve their queries.

Requirements:

• BE/BTech (Mechanical Engineering) with 3-4 years experience OR Diploma with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in similar capacity at process equipment, piping systems, pumping systems,manufacturing company or at a design service provider to such companies.
• Hands on experience of Auto-Cad to prepare P&I Ds, sketches for discussion with customer.
• Proficiency in excel, outlook etc.
• Excellent communication skills with positive attitude.

Additional requirement (preferred )

• Hand on experience on Creo
