Job Title - Design Engineer

Industry: Mechanical / Industrial / Automation Engineering

Education: B.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop

precision mechanical components and assemblies

for specialized machines. Create detailed

3D CAD models

and

2D manufacturing drawings

using tools such as

SolidWorks

, or

AutoCAD

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and electrical engineering. Select appropriate materials and components based on mechanical and Electrical requirements. Collaborate and coordinate with

suppliers

,

customers

, and

cross-functional internal teams

to ensure smooth project execution. Participate in design reviews and support prototyping, testing, and validation. Apply

GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)

principles and industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASME). Continuously improve designs for performance, cost-efficiency, and manufacturability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years

of hands-on experience in mechanical design using

SolidWorks

. Strong knowledge of

mechanical design principles

,

materials

, and

manufacturing processes

. Familiarity with

actuators, bearings, ball screws, guideways

, and other mechanical precision components. Experience with

design validation

,

tolerance analysis

, and

BOM creation

. Familiarity with

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
