Design and development of

Special Purpose Machines (SPMs)

from concept to detailed engineering. Create and manage

2D & 3D models

and technical drawings using

CAD tools

, especially

SolidWorks

. Plan and control design schedules to ensure timely completion of layouts and detailing. Design machine components and assemblies to meet functional, safety, and manufacturability standards. Drive

standardization

through effective use and maintenance of a library of standard parts and components. Collaborate and coordinate with

suppliers

,

customers

, and

cross-functional internal teams

to ensure smooth project execution. Provide on-site support for

machine assembly

, troubleshooting, and commissioning when needed. Utilize tools such as

Process Simulate

for evaluating and validating manufacturing and assembly processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4+ years

of hands-on experience in mechanical design using

SolidWorks

. Proficient in

mechanical design principles

, GD&T, and design for manufacturability. Strong knowledge of

mechanical systems

, materials, and fabrication processes. Experience with

design validation

,

tolerance analysis

, and

BOM creation

. Working knowledge of

Process Simulate

or equivalent simulation tools. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
