Minimum Qualification


BACHELOR PROGRAM IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING


DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (DME)




1. Review Tender documents / enquiries: Main Projects & CSS (OEM & Non-OEM).


2. Cost Estimation & Offer: Main Project, Spares (OEM/Non-OEM Mills).


3. Re-purposing: Interaction with Client, technical review and cost estimation of inquiries.


4. Detail Engineering of Main Projects and CSS orders.

Continuous Design Optimization through Value Engineering. 3D modelling & drawing development. FE Analysis through ANSYS. Prepare Technical specifications inline to Manufacturing strategy. Develop Drawings for Non-OEM enquiries with Reverse Engineering.

5. Interface Documents Finalization with LMB_Engg & co-ordination with MHI.


6. Customer Approval of Mill documents.


7. Preparation of Installation Manuals, O&M Manuals, Packing scheme, etc.


8. Review and Approve Vendor Document of various Bought-out items.


9. Review of Deviations reported during Inspection / manufacturing at Vendor / shop.


10. Support SCM for Vendor development, Technical offer evaluation & Order execution.


11. Co-ordination with Site Support Team for resolution of Site issues.
