Design Engineer (mech) At Vasai East In Mumbai
Job Description
Qualification: BE in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Production, Automobile
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Gender: Male
Work location: Vasai East in Mumbai
: -
1) Mech. Design - On Solidworks; ePDM team data centre as per the customer requirements & Timelines, GD &T; Tolerance Stacking analysis
2) APQP Documentation -As per customer requirement PPAP Audit. DFMEA for designed products, Co-ordination with suppliers, Mold trials and system developments- EPDM data management
3) eCAD Design -PCB layout design in solid work.
4) FTG - Jig/Fixture development for testing of products.
5) Sample preparations for customer submission
6) ECR / ECN closures. & Handover of products to Regular team
7) Components/Material selection - Components inspection & approvals.
8) Attending CFT & Design Reviews.
9) Co-ordinating with LABs for DVP testing.
10) Any other assigned works & resposnsibilities
Other Requirements:
Knowledge of solid works and EPDM
PCB Layout solid work- Eagle CAD, Ki CAD,
Experience from automotive Industries as added advantage specially in EV.
A course from \xe2\x80\x98Autobot India Pvt. Ltd.\xe2\x80\x9d Will be an added advantage.
Knowledge/ Awareness of IATF & IS09000 standards.
