Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualization & Design:

Research new ideas, draft blueprints, create 3D models (CAD), and develop engineering plans.

Prototyping & Testing:

Build and rigorously test prototypes, analyze results, and modify designs for better performance.

Collaboration:

Work with managers, R&D, production, and sales teams to define requirements and ensure designs are feasible and meet goals.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records, create technical documentation, and present progress reports.

Improvement:

Identify and implement solutions to improve production efficiency, product functionality, and cost-effectiveness.

Standards Compliance:

Ensure all designs meet industry regulations, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in CAD/CAE software, Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, Creativity and technical writing skills, Attention to detail and strong communication, and Project management and teamwork.

Typical Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Product Design, etc.). Experience with the full product lifecycle. Ability to think modularly and iterate on designs.

Pay: ₹379,165.40 - ₹1,780,114.09 per year
