We are seeking a highly driven and technically skilled
Design Engineer
to oversee product design, prototyping, and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in machine design, team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product designs and prototypes.
Oversee end-to-end project execution, from concept to manufacturing.
Design and optimize mechanical systems, ensuring efficiency and precision.
Manage client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
Qualifications
7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Machine Design or product development with Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes
Strong knowledge in designing mechanical systems and optimizing manufacturing processes.
Strong Educational Background, preferably B.E. Mechanical Engineering
Proficient in 2D drafting with GD&T.
Proficient in 3D modelling software like Fusion 360, Solidworks etc.,
Proven track record of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Designing jigs, fixtures, and tooling for manufacturing and assembly processes is an added advantage
