Design and Development of Electrical Electronics Enclosure for Semiconductor Machines

Experience in Thermal management, electronic packaging, Cable routing.

Awareness to Semi standards.

Knowledge of Sheet metal manufacturing & enclosures, machined components etc


Proficient in 3D CAD modeling, assembly, and detailing using Unigraphics-NX


Knowledge of detailed design & DFMA principles


Application of advanced GD&T, tolerance stack up, basic engineering calculations.

Selection of OEM Components like O-ring, Hydraulic/Pneumatic Fittings, Fasteners and other hardware.

Interference checks of moving components and subsystems

Identify design guideline deviations of critical parts and medium complex assemblies

Optimize design to address cost, manufacturing, performance, and reliability issues

Proficient in reading, understanding, and creating/reviewing manufacturing Drawings & Specifications

Proficiency in applying Engineering basics and Design/Documentation Standards

DFM interactions with suppliers, build verification, field/customer qualification with deeper understanding of issues, lessons learned and closure
