We are seeking a highly motivated

Mechanical Engineer

with at least

one year of hands-on experience

in

valve design, testing, manufacturing, and assembly

. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in mechanical systems and be capable of working in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop industrial valves and related components. Perform valve testing, validation and documentation as per industry standards. Oversee or support manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and quality checks. Analyse failures, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement. Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, QC, and R&D.

Technical Skills Required:

NX (Siemens NX)

- 3D modelling & drafting

AutoCAD

- 2D/3D design & layout drawings

LS-DYNA

- Basic knowledge of FEA/impact simulation preferred Knowledge of materials, tolerances, GD&T, and engineering standards Understanding of valve types, pressure testing, and industrial applications

Qualifications:

B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) Minimum 1 year experience in valve manufacturing/testing industry

Additional Skills (Preferred):

Experience with pressure testing rigs Exposure to manufacturing processes (CNC, machining, welding, assembly) Documentation and report preparation Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO/API)

Additional Skills (Mandatory) : Siemens NX Software & Tools

Mandatory experience in Siemens NX As Design Engineer, you will carry out engineering assignments related to CAD modelling and Drafting using PDM. You are responsible for On-time delivery of project or operation requiring a thorough knowledge of engineering and Quality criteria. 3D Modeling and detailing anything from a simple bracket to a large assembly. Ability to Read and interpret relevant standards related to modelling & Drafting. Knowledge of machining, GD&T and sheet metal fabrication Mandatory Expertise with Part modelling, Sheet metal design,Surfacing and assembly workbench.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹33,500.00 per month
