Job Title: Wire Harness Design Engineer

Responsible for designing and developing wire harnesses & other electrical drawings. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, interpreting technical specifications, and ensuring that the designs meet industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, hands-on experience with design tools, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and design wire harness systems for various products for automobile bodybuilders. Interpret technical specifications and collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate wire harnesses seamlessly into the overall product design. Conduct feasibility studies and analyze design proposals to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Create detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications for wire harness assemblies. Collaborate with suppliers to select appropriate components and materials for wire harness construction. Perform testing and validation of wire harness designs to ensure functionality and reliability. Provide technical support to manufacturing teams during the production phase. Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in wire harness design.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field. Proven experience in wire harness design, preferably in the automobile industry. Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed engineering drawings. Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to wire harness design. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality designs. Familiarity with simulation tools and testing methodologies.

Salary: As per the standards

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
