Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design of machinery, structures and their sub-systems, accessories for industrial, construction, stage (auditorium) application
• Understanding system requirements, creating concepts based on defined requirements, and detailed design to meet the project & system specifications
• Selection of electro-mechanical drives and standard machine elements.
• Creating 3D model, assemblies, assembly & manufacturing drawings with standards + new templates
• Simulation of components/assemblies based on the loads and standards
• Engineering calculation & documentation
• SAP activities for material number creation/modification, BOM Export, etc.,
• Pro-Active, quick learning and capable of handling the task independently

Mandatory skills:

• Industry experience in the machine design with a good technical background, product development process / cycle
• Proficient in Creo, SAP & PDM Wind chill, MS office tools
• SAP knowledge - PR0/PR1
• Manufacturing process & fabrication
• GD&T and DIN/ISO standards

Basic knowledge in electrical drives and related actuators/sensors

Good problem solving & analytical capabilities

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable skills:

• Finite element analysis
• Basic Knowledge in Auto-CAD
• German language will be added advantage
• Basic knowledge on hydraulics & pneumatic

Qualifications

Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering

Additional Information

Working experience in mechanical domain related to design of machinery & structures for industrial, construction, stage (auditorium) with 5 - 10 years experience
