Electrical & Electronics- & telecommunication Or Mechatronics - 07 positions Develop Hardware in Loop, Modle in loop and Vehicle in loop for the E&E System &Vehicle Architecture Function of having a strength of Indoor Testing VA&TS, Engineering Research Centre. The function is responsible for the physical and digital validation of components, systems and vehicles for entire PV & EV. The domain encompasses all critical aggregates for Validation of Electric Vehicle Systems & Mechatronic Systems. In this role, holds the responsibility to developm E&E System and Veh Architecture Testing \'Conduc ting and Co-ordinating the E&E System & Veh Architecture to validation and Accountable for test results review and report release\'\' Automotive lighting & lighting signalling devices validation as per national/international standards and company practices Assessment of lighting components by using virtual Simulation techniques\'Knowledge of ADAS technology, Validation of Automtive Electronics (Sensors, Electronic Control Unit, Actuators) as per National / International Standards and Company practices\'Develop system/ Sub- system/ Component level Mechanical / Electrical systems models (mathematical / 1D Simulation) using MATLAB & Simulink/ AMESim / IPG carmaker or any other Simulation Software and Analyze & optimize test specifications through mathematical models. And Deliver deeper understanding through system modeling and simulations for robust test specifications development while meeting all performance requirements. Knowledge of Euro NCAP standards for ADAS scenario based validation And Hands on experience in ADAS physical validation/ gro und truth capturing, data processing and scenario extraction. Knowledge of ADAS simulation and test automation programs in NI Lab VIEW / VeriStand environment for Hardware in the Loop simulations. And Work independently, communicates expectations, plans and requir ements also coordinates all work within the scope of assigned projects.\'strong knowledge of MATLAB, SIMULIK, Vector CANoe, ETAS LA BCAR Operator, LabView, IPG CARMaker, OpalRT, Dymola, Amesim, dSpace, CAPL, PspiceStrong knowledge of testing of battery, starter, alternator and related componenets\' Preparetion Component Test REquirements, Test Plan and Test report for E&E. Conducting the E&E System validation and Co-ordinating with Supplier/External Agencies. Accountable for Conducting the test as per test plan and generating test results / report for release.. Define topics associated with product/projects with consideration for regulations, internal targets associated to cost, quality and delivery. Accountable for all PV & EV project deliverables in line organizatio nal strategy with planned quality and timely ESOs. Manage Validation Internal/External,Test Specification and Report release of, - Diagnostics Electronics & Electrical Vehicle System Components - Vehicles Sa fety systems, E/E architecture, Diagnostics and Conduct and management test specification and testing data E& E System and interactions with other agencies which includes - \'Executive of Auto-Electrical Wiring Harness Testing functio n of Indoor Testing VA&TS, Engineering Research Centre. Responsible for conducting validation on Vehicle Wiring Harness / EDS systems, for entire PV & EV projects as per test plan. The position encompasses all critical aggregates for conducting validation of Passenger ICE & Electric Vehicles Wiring Harness & Fuse Box Assy. \'Knowledge on Automotive Wiring Harness and E&E systems, Simulation a nd test Setup development, Hybrid/Electric vehicle systemsKnowledge about automotive regulations (EEC/CMVR) related National /Inte rnational standard and Safety StandardsDesired Knowledge on Validation/Development of automotive wiring harness assemblies for Hybr id and Electric vehicles, experience in MATLAB, CAPL programming, CANoe and Electronics Instruments and data logging.\'\' Create CTR , Test Plan & Ensure completing tests as per test plans.
