Design Engineer
Job Description
: Detail planning of all services like plumbing, electrical, AC, fire fighting etc. Distribution of work, leading and guiding Engineers and drafting team for preparation of MEP deliverables and ensuring completion of works as per deadline Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions. Handling Client Meetings as well as site visits Coordination with clients for project related requirements as and when requirements Preparation of Design basis report, Schematic drawings, Bill of quantites Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment. Qualifications: University degree in Engineering Experience of working in a MEP Design Consultancy office, engaged in design of hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, residential buildings etc. 7 years or more experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing designs Computer literate Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
