Brief Description :

A dynamic person with 2 to 4 years of experience in Industrial Gear Box design and development. The candidate would be expected to understand, create, and draw the Industrial gear box components and accessories in SolidWorks. Good in reading and developing Casting/Forging models and detailed drawings. The candidate should be resourceful in absence of missing data and seek/look for avenues to get them. The candidate should be able to meet weekly/monthly delivery targets (Quality
95% and OTD
98%). Good in DFM/DFA. Knowledge of DFMEA, Design validation, and Product Improvements, VAVE/MCO will be an added advantage.

(JD) :

• Proficient in creating intricate parts, assemblies, and mechanical drawings in Solidworks.

• Good experience of handling big assemblies(100parts) in SolidWorks

• Experience of working in PLM software\xe2\x80\x99s.

• Good experience of designing Industrial gearbox parts and its accessories.

• Good in GD&T and Tolerance stack-up analysis.

• Good experience of selection of UNC/NPT/ISO tubes, fittings, and bolts.

• Good in mechanical drawing reading

• Basic understanding of standards (e.g., ISO, DIN. AGMA).

• Good Coordination with internal and external stakeholder for having relevant data and information.
