Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:o Develop designs for retractable louvered roofs, polycarbonate roofs, and relatedsystems.o Create detailed 2D/3D models and drawings using software like AutoCAD, andSolidWorks

2. Project Collaboration:o Collaborate with the research team, production engineers, and clients tounderstand project requirements.o Modify and optimize designs based on feedback and functional requirements.

3. Technical Calculations:o Perform structural load calculations, material strength analysis, and thermalperformance assessments.o Ensure designs adhere to safety standards and project specifications.

4. Prototyping & Testing:o Oversee prototype development and testing phases.o Troubleshoot and refine designs to resolve technical challenges.

5. Documentation and Compliance:o Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, BOMs, and designreports.o Ensure compliance with applicable engineering codes and industry standards.

6. Innovation:o Identify opportunities for design improvements and innovative solutions.o Support patent-related work for novel designs, if applicable.

Key Skills and Competencies:

? Proficiency in Solid Works and Auto CAD is must? Strong understanding of mechanical systems, structural engineering, and materialproperties.

? Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

? Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

? Education:o Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering,or related disciplines.

? Experience:o Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in designing mechanical structures or similarproducts.o Prior experience in designing retractable roofs, louver systems, or facades is anadded advantage.

? Technical Knowledge:o Familiarity with manufacturing processes like sheet metal fabrication, aluminumextrusion, and powder coating.

? Salary:o 3 to 7 LPA ( Salary no bar for the right candidate)

Pay: ₹13,815.88 - ₹60,000.00 per month
