*Jr. Design Engineer \xe2\x80\x93 Standered Product / Receiving Gauges. The engineer will work with design to optimize measurement features and tolerances to ensure parts are in specification. The primary task is to ensure all parts have programmers for 3D scanning and that there is a report of each revision level. Design engineers study, research and develop ideas for new products and the systems used to make them. They also modify existing products or processes to increase efficiency or improve performance. Design & Modification of Standard & capital Products. o Design Lab Microcal Machine, CNC, DCT, 2D Height Gauge, Gauge & Fixture. o Material Selections o Synthesis o Analysis of stress. \xef\x82\xb7 Design Verification & Validation with trials. \xef\x82\xb7 Inspections of Parts. \xef\x82\xb7 Use of Statistical Quality Tools. - Hose of quality, design failure mode and effect analysis. - Concept design selection. - 3D model analysis. - Prototype success. - Systems follow. - Bill of material. Job Summary:- \xef\x82\xb7 Skills Required: Prepare the Conceptual 3D and 2D Drawings for DAP approval using Autodesk Inventor 2017 and AutoCAD 2010. \xef\x82\xb7 Detail planning and work allocation based on the design input and Hod\xe2\x80\x99s instructions. \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare and Present the work plan with the team and HOD. \xef\x82\xb7 Handling the task as per the Planed schedule. \xef\x82\xb7 Arrange the work resources. \xef\x82\xb7 Design the 3D model as per the Design Inputs. \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct brain storming session for Prepare different concepts to fulfill the design input requirements \xef\x82\xb7 Analyze the different concept and prepare the report. \xef\x82\xb7 Generate the 3D model and analysis. \xef\x82\xb7 Monitoring work activity and update the status. \xef\x82\xb7 Check the design documents. \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare the plan for product validation. \xef\x82\xb7 Generate the product design document file (technical File) \xef\x82\xb7 Release the production and assembly drawings \xef\x82\xb7 Check the Design output fulfills the design input criteria. \xef\x82\xb7 Check the Bill of material and update. \xef\x82\xb7 Manage the resources for prototype design. \xef\x82\xb7 Verify the design output. \xef\x82\xb7 Updated the status of drawings and data records. \xef\x82\xb7 Follow the ISO documentation procedures and work instructions. \xef\x82\xb7 Use specialized software to create models and drawing of products. \xef\x82\xb7 Research new material and methods of development. \xef\x82\xb7 Organize and maintain existing engineering records. \xef\x82\xb7 Construct prototypes and confirm designs with design / purchasing team. \xef\x82\xb7 Perform physical testing on engineering prototypes. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure Components and assemblies adhere to applicable industry and business standards. \xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with Customize gauge, Multigauging, fixture, SPM, Automation. \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of GD& T.
