Job Title: Design Engineer

Job Location : 1201, Vithal Udyognagar, GIDC, Anand, Vitthal Udyognagar INA, Gujarat 388120

: The Design Engineer will be responsible for developing, improving, and validating product designs to meet technical, functional, and quality requirements. The role involves 3D modeling, drafting, engineering calculations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

oDevelop 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, etc.)
oPerform design calculations, material selection, and engineering analysis
oCreate BOMs, GA drawings, part drawings, and manufacturing documents
oSupport product development, cost optimization, and design improvements
oEnsure designs comply with industry standards and client specifications
oReview and interpret project requirements, datasheets, and technical documents
oCoordinate with production, QA, and purchase teams for smooth execution
oAssist in prototype development, testing, and validation
oMaintain revision controls and documentation accuracy
oParticipate in design reviews and provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
oObtaining strong knowledge about API standards and designing the product accordingly.
Skills & Competencies
oStrong knowledge of mechanical design concepts
oProficiency in CAD software (mention your preferred tool)
oUnderstanding of manufacturing processes (Machining, Casting, Fabrication, etc.)
oGood analytical & problem-solving ability
oKnowledge of relevant standards & design codes (preferred)
oGood communication and team collaboration skills

Qualifications - B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
