6.- Qualification :- B.Tech.- Mech.

ob Role & Responsibilities:

Handle

New Product Development (NPD)

from concept to final release. Develop

3D & 2D models, drawings, BOM & technical documentation

for sheet metal components. Conduct

product feasibility study, design validation & cost estimation

. Modify & improve designs based on

production/assembly and customer feedback

. Coordinate with

production, quality, tool room & vendor teams

for prototype and product development. Perform

DFMEA and design review

for new components. Ensure accuracy as per

GD&T, tolerance stack-up & engineering standards

. Support

prototype trials, testing & continuous improvement projects

.

Key Skills Required:

Strong expertise in

Sheet Metal Design

& understanding of manufacturing processes.

Mandatory software skills - SOLIDWORKS

(3D Design & Drafting). Working knowledge of

AutoCAD

(added advantage). Good understanding of

press shop, tooling & fabrication

. Knowledge of

BOM preparation & ECN handling

. Good analytical, problem-solving & communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
