Job Description

Create accurate 3D models and 2D drawings of mechanical parts, assemblies, and complete machines.

Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings with dimensions, tolerances (GD&T), materials, and surface finishes.

Ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing and assembly with minimal rework.

BOM & Documentation

Generate and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Maintain drawing numbers, revision history, and ensure secure design data storage.

Update existing designs based on production, testing, or quality feedback.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work with production, procurement, quality, and R&D teams to align design intent with project goals.

Provide support during assembly, testing, and commissioning.

Development & Innovation

Assist in concept creation, prototyping, and improving new mechanical systems or machines.

Follow engineering standards (ISO, DIN, ASME).

Analyze design issues, propose improvements, and optimize mechanical systems for performance and durability.

Contribute ideas for innovation and cost-saving opportunities.

Reviews & Support

Participate in design reviews and provide technical inputs.

Offer design clarifications to production and testing teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
