Flotek Industries is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in mechanical design and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop 2D and 3D models using CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD, etc.)

Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and systems

Perform basic calculations and simulations to validate designs

Collaborate with the production and quality teams to ensure manufacturability

Maintain documentation and ensure design compliance with relevant standards

Support R&D activities and prototype development

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

0 to 2 years of experience in mechanical design (fresher welcome)

Proficiency in at least one CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)

Good understanding of mechanical fundamentals and engineering drawings

Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Strong communication and analytical skills

Nice to Have:

Basic knowledge of FEA tools or design validation techniques

Exposure to industrial valves, pumps, or fluid handling equipment

Internship or academic project experience in product design
