Job Title: Sr. Engineer Design

Department: Production / Engineering

Location: Pirana -Ahmedabad

Reports To: Production Manager / Plant Supervisor

Job Summary:

Responsible for operating and programming laser cutting machines, maintaining consumable item records, filing machine output reports, and ensuring proper upkeep of machine maintenance checklists and logs.

Key Responsibilities

Laser Machine Programming Program CNC laser cutting machines as per production drawings. Optimize cutting parameters to ensure quality and efficiency. Adjust settings for different material types and thicknesses. Consumable Items Management Track usage and inventory of machine consumables (nozzles, lenses, gases, etc.). Coordinate with the purchase department for timely replenishment. Maintain accurate consumable usage records. Machine Output Reports Record daily machine performance and output. File reports systematically for reference and audits. Highlight issues or inconsistencies in output for immediate attention. Machine Maintenance & Documentation Follow the preventive maintenance schedule. Maintain a detailed machine maintenance list and update regularly. Fill in daily, weekly, and monthly machine check sheets. Report any abnormal behavior or breakdowns to the maintenance team.
Qualifications:

Diploma (Electricals/Electronics/Mechanical)

B.E (Electricals/Electronics/Mechanical)
