Job Summary:-

We are seeking a skilled

Drafting Engineer (Mechanical)

with strong experience in mechanical drafting and modeling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate 2D and 3D drawings for mechanical equipment, fabrication, and piping systems, supporting engineering and project execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare

2D & 3D models and drawings

using

AutoCAD and SolidWorks

Develop

General Arrangement (GA), fabrication, and detailed drawings

Create drawings for

mechanical equipment, structures, piping, and assemblies

Interpret engineering inputs, specifications, and design calculations Coordinate with engineering, production, and site teams for drawing clarifications Revise drawings based on comments, site feedback, and as-built requirements Maintain proper drawing documentation and revision control Ensure drawings comply with relevant standards and project requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

2-4+ years

of relevant experience in mechanical drafting Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD and SolidWorks

Experience in

mechanical equipment, fabrication, piping, or heavy engineering

Good understanding of manufacturing and fabrication practices Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Experience

Exposure to

oil & gas, heavy engineering, or industrial equipment projects

Experience working with fabrication yards or production teams Knowledge of basic engineering standards and codes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
