DKP Recruiter is hiring for the Position of Designer - Foundry

Location: Kulgachia, Uluberia

Experience: 2-6 Years

Industry: Foundry / Metal Casting / Manufacturing

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities:

Design and modify 2D/3D models of castings, patterns, and core boxes
Collaborate with production and NPD teams for tooling development
Optimize gating and riser systems (if simulation tools are used)
Maintain drawings and revision documentation
Coordinate with vendors for tooling and casting feasibility
Skills Required:

AutoCAD (mandatory)
SolidWorks / Creo / CATIA / Siemens NX (any one)
Trio (preferred)
Basic GD&T and manufacturing tolerance knowledge
MS Office for reports and BOMs
Casting simulation tools like Magmasoft / ProCAST (optional)
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Tool Design
