About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled

Mechanical Design Engineer Faculty

to train students in

AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Mechanical Design Fundamentals

. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, industry experience, and the ability to make complex concepts easy and engaging for learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Train students on

AutoCAD 2D & 3D

,

SolidWorks

, and core

Mechanical Design fundamentals

(GD&T, manufacturing processes, machine design, etc.). Prepare and deliver interactive lectures, practical sessions, and design projects. Guide students in creating real-world mechanical models and design portfolios. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into teaching. Support curriculum development and contribute to academic excellence.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

and

SolidWorks

(Part, Assembly, Drawing, Sheet Metal, Surface). Strong understanding of

Mechanical Design Fundamentals

, GD&T, material selection, and manufacturing processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage classroom and motivate students effectively.

Qualifications:

B.E/B.Tech

or

Diploma

in

Mechanical / Design Engineering

. Certification in AutoCAD or SolidWorks (preferred). Prior teaching/training experience is an added advantage.
