JD for design engineer Electrical

The candidate will demonstrate technical expertise in developing electrical design documents for Single Line Diagrams, Electrical/Control Schematics, Loop diagrams, Panel Layout Diagrams, and BOM.

Roles and responsibilities

o Responsible for the electrical design of equipment, calculation of parameters, and selection of components

o Work with customers and marketing team to understand and analyze their requirements and help prepare system specifications

o Create detailed electrical designs, schematics, panel designs, and BOM-making

o Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team (Electrical, Mechanical, Optics, Software, and other engineering fields as may be relevant for the project)

o Work with vendors for technical clarifications and delivery.

o Communicate in a clear and timely manner with customers and other stakeholders during all phases of a project

Qualification and required work experience

o Education: Diploma/ Bachelor's degree or higher, in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines

o Experience: 2 + years of professional experience

o At least 2 years of professional experience in the electrical design of automation equipment

o Knowledge of electromechanical, pneumatics, and software systems

o Good understanding of system design

o AutoCAD Electrical proficiency.

o Knowledge of VFDs, switch gears, various sensors, PLC, etc..

o Good knowledge of electrical standards and compliances like NFPA 70, CE/UL marking, EMI/EMC, IP, IEC

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
