Year    Bhiwandi, MH, IN, India

Job Description

:- Cleanroom Partition Panels and Doors

1) Conceptualization and Design:

*Interpret project requirements, cleanroom classifications, and client specifications to conceptualize partition panels and door designs suitable for cleanroom applications.

*Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to create detailed 2D / 3D models of partition panels, doors, frames, and associated components

.*Incorporate features such as material selection, surface finishes, gasketing, hardware, and sealing methods to meet cleanliness, durability, and performance requirements.

2) Drafting and Detailing:

*Produce detailed engineering drawings, plans, and schematics for partition panels and doors, including dimensions, tolerances, and manufacturing specifications.

*Generate assembly drawings, part lists, and bills of materials (BOM) to facilitate manufacturing, assembly, and installation processes.

*Ensure drawings comply with cleanroom standards, codes, and regulations, including ISO 14644 and industry-specific guidelines.

3) Material Selection and Specification:

*Evaluate materials, finishes, and surface treatments suitable for cleanroom partition panels and doors, considering factors such as cleanliness, chemical resistance, and static control.

*Specify material properties, thicknesses, and construction methods in accordance with cleanroom standards and industry regulations.

4) Integration with Cleanroom Systems:

*Collaborate with HVAC engineers, electrical engineers, and other specialists to integrate partition panels and doors with cleanroom HVAC, lighting, and monitoring systems.

*Design interfaces for utilities, ductwork, electrical wiring, and access control systems within partition panels and door frames while maintaining cleanliness and functionality.

5) Quality Assurance and Compliance:

*Conduct design reviews, tolerance analyses, and risk assessments to ensure designs meet performance requirements and regulatory compliance.

*Perform checks and verifications to ensure accuracy and completeness of engineering drawings and documentation.

*Document design changes, deviations, and approvals in compliance with project documentation and reporting protocols.

:- Estimation

1) Project Assessment:

*Review project specifications, cleanroom classifications, and client requirements to understand the scope, scale, and complexity of cleanroom partition systems.

*Conduct site visits or virtual assessments to gather additional information and assess project conditions.

2) Cost Estimation:

*Prepare detailed cost estimates for cleanroom panels, doors, frames, hardware, and associated components.

*Utilize estimation software, historical data, and industry benchmarks to develop accurate cost models and projections.

*Break down cost estimates into components and provide itemized lists or cost breakdowns for transparency and clarity.

3) Material and Component Selection:

*Evaluate materials, finishes, and hardware options suitable for cleanroom applications, considering factors such as cleanliness, durability, and regulatory compliance.

*Obtain price quotes, negotiate contracts, and establish procurement agreements with suppliers and vendors.

*Coordinate with procurement teams or purchasing departments to facilitate timely acquisition of materials and supplies.

4) Value Engineering:

*Collaborate with design engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to explore cost-saving opportunities and value engineering alternatives.

*Propose material substitutions, design modifications, or process optimizations to reduce costs while maintaining project quality and performance.

5) Risk Assessment and Contingency Planning:

*Identify potential risks, uncertainties, and contingencies that may impact project costs, timelines, or outcomes.

*Develop risk mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and alternative scenarios to address potential cost overruns or unforeseen challenges.

6) Documentation and Reporting:

*Prepare comprehensive estimation reports, cost summaries, and proposals for submission to clients, contractors, or project owners.

*Maintain accurate records of cost estimates, revisions, and communications related to cleanroom partition projects.

*Provide regular updates and status reports to project teams and management regarding estimation progress and outcomes.
