Job Description

We are looking for a Civil Design Engineer with strong knowledge of AutoCAD and a passion for creating accurate and efficient construction designs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in structural and architectural drawings, and the ability to coordinate with project and site teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD as per project requirements. Develop architectural layouts, structural drawings, and construction detailing. Review and revise design drawings based on site conditions and client feedback. Work closely with the project team and site engineers to ensure design feasibility and accuracy. Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, BOQs, and material estimations. Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, company standards, and safety guidelines. Coordinate with consultants, architects, and clients for design approvals and clarifications. Maintain proper documentation and records of revisions, approvals, and final drawings. Support the management in project planning and design presentations when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in civil design (construction industry preferred).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D drafting) Basic knowledge of Revit / SketchUp / STAAD Pro (added advantage) Good understanding of structural and architectural drawings Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and creativity. Good communication and teamwork skills.
