B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) or BE/B.Tech (Civil) - Mandatory
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect or Civil Design Engineers with a strong background in 3D modelling and design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing architectural plans for residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings
Prepare 3D models, walkthroughs, and visual presentations using relevant software
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and planning teams to finalize designs
Conduct site visits for design validation and implementation
Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations
Interact with clients to understand requirements and present design options
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or BE/B.Tech Civil Engineering
Minimum 2 year of professional experience in architectural design
Proficiency in 3D modelling software (SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or equivalent)
Strong command over AutoCAD and Photoshop
Good understanding of space planning, materials, and building standards
Excellent visualization and presentation skills
