DAC (Design Assurance Center)/ Quality team member TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience in ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 implementation.
Knowledge in DO330, DO331 and DO178,CTQ.
Expert in IQC & Product and Process Quality.
Knowledge in IPC 610 and IPC 620 inspector
Effective Implementation of APQP, FMEA, Control Plan and PPAP.
FAI preparation and submission
Hands on work experience on all EMS manufacturing processes
Should be skilled in Root cause & Failure analysis & troubleshooting issues related to production.
Should be skilled in Change Management process.
Should be skilled in Preparing Inspection plans, POKA-YOKE and Test cases for Sample Parts.
verification and validation for the Electronics Parts (components, PCB's and Assembled PCB'

etc;) before release to production from R&D.
