Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Design Engineer

to join our dynamic engineering team. The role involves designing and developing mechanical systems, components, and assemblies using advanced CAD software, while ensuring that all designs meet performance, quality, and industry standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, product design, and manufacturing processes, along with excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and assemblies using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and quality specifications. Conduct feasibility studies and perform engineering analysis to validate design concepts. Create, review, and maintain detailed documentation of design processes, specifications, and revisions. Participate in prototype development and testing, and evaluate performance against requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during prototyping and production phases. Stay updated with emerging technologies, materials, and industry trends to enhance design efficiency and innovation. Assist in project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications

CAD Proficiency:

Expertise in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA.

Mechanical Engineering Knowledge:

Strong foundation in mechanics, materials science, and manufacturing processes.

Design Standards & Analysis:

Familiarity with design calculations, analysis methods, and industry standards.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication, time management, and teamwork abilities. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field); Master's preferred. Prior experience in product or mechanical component design is an advantage.
