Job Description

Manufacturing industry, designing new products or modifying existing ones. Support the documentation and analysis of tool designs and modifications. Create and modify CAD models of casting designs and auxiliary tooling for parts and components. Designing and developing precision tools and dies. Understanding of CNC machining and die casting processes. Evaluate designs for feasibility, cost, and manufacturing viability. Use software for solidification and process simulation to improve casting robustness. Select appropriate materials for the investment casting process based on design specifications and performance requirements. Analyze and troubleshoot production issues and casting defects, then drive implementation of corrective actions to enhance efficiency and quality. Develop manufacturing plans, special processing techniques, and technical documentation for the product lifecycle. collaborating with production teams to ensure accurate tooling, conducting tests to verify functionality, and troubleshooting issues. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality control, and sales, to ensure designs are production-ready and meet customer needs. Familiarity with quality control methods and inspection tools.
