Job Responsibilities:
Design customized and standard AHU systems including casing, coil selection, fans, filters, dampers, and controls.
Prepare detailed AHU design drawings and documentation using AutoCAD/SolidWorks/Revit.
Perform psychrometric and thermodynamic calculations to size coils and components.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet performance, cost, and manufacturability targets.
Select suitable components and materials based on performance requirements and standards (e.g., EN 1886, ISO 16890).
Review and interpret technical specifications and requirements from clients.
Support production team during manufacturing and assembly processes.
Optimize AHU designs for energy efficiency, space utilization, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure design meets relevant HVAC codes, standards, and certifications (e.g., ASHRAE, Eurovent).
Provide technical support to sales and project teams, including preparation of technical submittals.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
2-5 years of experience in HVAC design, preferably with AHU systems.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and/or Revit; knowledge of AHU design software
Strong understanding of psychrometrics, thermodynamics, and HVAC principles.
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
